Job Description:

Sigmatech has an immediate opening for General Funds Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBs) Support Personnel for the U.S. Army Office of the Program Manager Saudi Arabia National Guard (OPM SANG)

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist/support executing GFEBS actions/requirements for the OPM SANG such as:
    • Assist/support in GFEBS funds distribution
    • Assist/support in establishing and executing PRs/POs, Sales Orders, Internal Orders, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Elements, SES actions and other transactions in GFEBS
    • Provide GFEBS technical assistance and problem solving to OPM SANG
    • Provide GFEBS helpdesk support and process trouble tickets
    • Provide GFEBS user training
    • Other GFEBS actions as required by customer
  • Provide observations, recommendations and solutions for GFEBS Support Plan
  • Provide GFEBS briefings and status reports to OPM SANG leadership
  • Prepare information papers, briefings, etc. and attend meetings/conferences as requested by customer
  • Maintain close coordination with USASAC's Resource Management (G8) for GFEBS guidance, direction and training assistance

Experience and Skills:

-Bachelor of Science with 8 years related experience
-Working knowledge of SAP required
-Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
-Working knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) GFEBS financial processes is desired
-Must have expert ability to assist end users in multiple capacities including:
  • Expertise in system full development lifecycle
  • Functional and technical expertise in systems design
  • Trouble shooting issues,
  • Resolving non-system errors,
  • Presenting workshops and training,
  • Communicating best practices and systems changes and enhancements,
  • Escalating ideas for process improvement {their own as well as end-users), and reporting business user issues, concerns through contact with GFEBS Operations & Support {O&S) and reach back capabilities
