Job Description:

RECORDS: Ensures SAF/SP personnel are compliant in the organizational objectives for records management: Document Core Functions, Ensure Proper and Timely Disposition of Records, Ensure Availability and Protection of Records, Maintain Organizational Records Plan.

FACILITIES: Responsible for the operational sustainment of occupied spaces. Serves as SAF/SP representative to Pentagon Building Operations Manager; requests recurring service, preventative maintenance, repairs and /or infrastructural operational malfunctions.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS: Serves as organizations Alternate Client Support Technician. Provides user desktop support in troubleshooting computer systems, printers, scanners, software as available and other information technology equipment assigned. Provides end user with initial IT system support, installation, repair and troubleshooting.

MEETING SUPPORT: Maintains, schedules and operates the SAF/SP meeting, and conference facilities & equipment. The Contractor shall assist the SAF/SP with meeting preparation, IT requirements, administrative support to SAF/SP hosted meetings, conferences, and events at any SAF/SP location or contractor provided (Scitor facility) venue.

Experience and Skills:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-7 years applicable experience in customer records management and logistics support requirements.
  • Working knowledge of file plan and data management processes.
  • Working knowledge of facility management and attendant logistic support.

Desired Skills:

  • 5-10 years applicable experience in customer records management and logistics support requirements.
  • 1-5 years experience in or directly supporting DoD or IC activities.
  • Recent work experience with National Security Space (DoD or IC) community.

Active DoD clearance is required
