Job Description:

Sigmatech is seeking a Test Lead to support the Rapid Integration and Acceptance Center (RIAC) for Unmanned Aircraft Systems at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities include:

•Support test planning for external customers as required.

•Assist with coordination, planning, resourcing and execution of a test.

•Coordinate RIAC events from conception to event setup, including coordinating the availability of resources and funding.

•Continuously evaluate and update processes related to RIAC events. This includes the RIAC Readiness Review, RIAC After Action Review, and RIAC Schedule.

•Representative for RIAC and TUAS Staff Calls, QMRs, and PMRs as required.

•Keep current with  DoD and non-DoD UAS testing events and technologies and attending conferences as required.

•Insure compliance with Army Regulations as well as local regulations as described in AOM and SOPs.

•Support RIAC Director with strategic planning initiatives as requested.

 

Experience and Skills:

- Minimum Years of Experience - 12 years overall, with 8 years specific to UAS

- 3 years range experience with project management/field experience preferred

- Proven exceptional customer service skills

- Proven effective communication and problem solving skills

- Ability to multi-task and work with team

- Experience following testing on a range and following range Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
