We are currently seeking a Temporary Foreign Military Sales Country Program Management Support Analyst.

​This requirement is to fill six-month term positions that could be extended.

​Selected candidate provides assistance to the USASAC Country Program Manager (CPM) team in administering and overseeing the planning, development and execution of assigned FMS country programs. The required skills for candidates include both logistical and financial expertise required for the Army Security Assistance Enterprise. A successful candidate must have the experience and skill sets to research and analyze LOAs and determine the logistical, contractual and financial status of FMS cases throughout their life-cycle. Various logistical responsibilities include but are not limited to determining the status of supply actions, procurement information, substitutions, requisition delay for a specific reason, rejection of requisition for a specified cause, changes in stock number, changes in unit of issue and/or quantity, referral of requisition to another DoD supply source, delay in delivery, acknowledgement of cancellation requests, shipment status, etc., and financial status. Candidate should possess knowledge and use of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Logistics Modernization Plan (LMP) system and financial and accounting systems, such as SOMARDS, PBAS and GFEBS, as well as other Army logistics and finacial systems. Candidates must have the capability to research and analyze LOAs and determine the LOA’s financial status through U.S. Army’s financial systems. Candidates must have Microsoft Office skills in Word, Power Point and Excel, as well as familiarity with other software. Candidate must have documented ability to be a strong team player and posses strong communication skills. Candidate must be able to communicate and work as a team member. Candidate may be required to travel in performance of the job, which could include travel OCONUS.

Required qualifications include:

Qualifying Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience required.

The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
