We have a potential opening for a Program Analyst, Senior (Integrated Master Schedule)

​Has expertise in working with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Facilitates integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development and maintenance with stakeholders on DCGS-A programs. Assist in maintaining requirements as related to schedules, preparing for readiness events, and planning/conducting integration. Provide program schedule status to include analysis and reports to management consistent with program and customer requirements. Presentation and briefing skills to top level managers required.

Incumbent conducts technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Presentation and briefing skills to senior level managers required.

The individual shall provide financial management, and technical expertise in the material acquisition process. The incumbent shall support Research and Development Exhibits (R-2 Forms); support Production Exhibits (P forms); prepare Congressional Staff Budget Briefs; prepare Congressional Staff information papers; submit the Operating Budget with funding profiles; support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submission for approval; prepare the Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB); and coordinate daily on the status of funds with Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology ASA (ALT), Department of the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations (DA DCSOPS), and the PMO.

The individual shall assess the status of stakeholder support for PM DCGS-A and its various products. The individual shall interview key stakeholders to identify their level of support and any concerns or issues they have with the DCGS-A program and associated product(s). The individual will develop recommendations to address identified issues and concerns.

The individual shall provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in maintaining event driven calendars (Integrated Master Schedule and Integrated Master Plan). Additionally, the individual shall schedule meetings, process various forms, assist in the preparation of Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) documentation, perform file maintenance and provide records coordination. The individual shall develop and maintain spreadsheets for records and archives. The individual shall be fully versed in MS Office products (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Microsoft Project) and Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.

Experience and Skills:

Required qualifications include:

​Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting

A minimum 12 years experience managing government programs is required of which 1 year must be supervisory.

4 additional years of related experience will substitute for bachelors degree.

The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
