Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Journeyman Supply Clerk familiar with processes such as: Issue tools; calibrate and maintain status of calibration on special tools and equipment; insure tools and equipment returned are clean and working properly; maintain inventory of components of calibrated equipment; turn-in unsafe or unserviceable tools and equipment; maintain required supplies for tool room operation; properly label packages and include inventory list, project code and value; prepare shipping documentation; file shipping documents and inventory listings of shipped items; log outgoing shipments; assist in research and preparation of requisitioning documents for supplies and 'Off-Line' requisitions; prepare supply request documentation; order parts, material and equipment for stock, maintenance and projects; document requisitions in Register and Record of Demands; maintain accountability of recoverable items; turn-in and maintain records of excess or unserviceable parts and equipment; order, record and attain materials and/or equipment; maintain and distribute administrative supply stocks; document and ship Warranty Repair Items; maintain and record cancellations, modifications and status of requisitioning documents; do lateral searches of parts; issue documented supplies to maintenance personnel; document supply requests; maintain warehouse stock by ordering supplies; maintain and inventory warehouse stock; prepare requisitions for APO and PBO.

This individual shall provide support to the Government ensuring that all property will be managed IAW DODI, FAR, and Army standards. To assist the Government with the management of property, the incumbent shall:

* Prepare physical inventory documents for Government property and provide them to Government Accountable IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Conduct recurring and special physical inventories of Government property as scheduled by the APO IAW PEO IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Process physical inventory/accountable property record adjustment documents
* Develop Department of Army (DA) Forms 2407s and 2407-1s for Government property maintenance requests
* Maintain Government property receipt, shipment, storage, lateral transfer, and loan documentation in Government Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSRs) IAW PEO IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Perform asset management of Government property on organization hand receipts/storage locations/custodian reports in Government APSRs
* File and retrieve Government property issue and turn-in documents, including DA Forms 2765-1, IAW PEO IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Conduct and report serial number and unique item tracking
* Maintain DA Forms 1687s IAW PEO IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Complete Reports of Discrepancy (Supply/Transportation Discrepancy Reports) (SFs 364) IAW PEO IEW&S- provided property accountability procedures
* Assist with preparing Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs) IAW PEO IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures
* Draft meeting minutes for PEO IEW&S-hosted bi-weekly Property Accountability IPT meetings
* Catalog Government property in systems, such as the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program, or AESIP
* Search catalogs, records, or other data sources to obtain or correct stock numbers or to find
authorized substitutes for stock items
* Contact customers, supply organizations, transportation units, and others to obtain material status information, follow up on urgently required items, and/or expedite delivery of material to work sites
* Process documentation for stock item receipts, maintain such items in a supply room or similar storage area, issue material to shop or work center personnel, keep local stock records, prepare
standard reports such as variances between actual and estimated costs, and perform related stock receipt, storage, control, and issue functions for expendable and non-expendable items.
* Identify requirements, issue, or distribute office and administrative supplies, forms, publications, or other printed materials
* Maintain an accurate accounting and reporting system for non-expendable property and perform standardized property management control processes
* Utilize personal computers to perform records search, data input, and data corrections
* Monitor paperwork and records associated with receiving, storing, issuing, replenishing, or inventorying equipment

Experience and Skills:

Required qualifications include:

​High School Diploma or GED

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in order to move property to designated locations.

The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
